CHORUS Promonitor Infliximab is an immunoassay kit for automated quantitative detection of Infliximab (IFX) in human serum using a disposable device applied on the CHORUS TRIO instrument.

The product, used in conjunction with other clinical and laboratory findings, is useful as an aid in the management of patients treated with Infliximab (IFX), like patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and rheumatic diseases.

It must be used by professional laboratory users only.

The assay is based on a capture ELISA method.

The microwell strips are pre-coated with an anti-TNFα human monoclonal antibody bound to human recombinant TNFα. Calibrator, positive control and samples are added to separate device.
