CHORUS Promonitor Adalimumab is an immunoassay kit for automated quantitative detection of Adalimumab (ADL) in human serum using a disposable device applied on the CHORUS TRIO/EVO instrument.

The product, used in conjunction with other clinical and laboratory findings, is useful as an aid in the management of patients treated with Adalimumab (ADL), like patients with rheumatic and gastrointestinal diseases.

It must be used by professional laboratory users only.

The assay is based on a “sandwich” ELISA method.

The microwell strips are pre-coated with an anti-ADL human monoclonal antibody. Calibrator, positive control and samples are added to separate device.
