CHORUS Promonitor ANTI-ADALIMUMAB is an immunoassay kit for automated semiquantitative detection of anti-Adalimumab antibodies in human serum using a disposable device applied on the CHORUS/CHORUS TRIO/CHORUS EVO instrument.

The product, used in conjunction with other clinical and laboratory findings, is useful as an aid in the management of patients treated with Adalimumab (ADL), like patients with rheumatic and gastrointestinal diseases.

It must be used by professional laboratory users only.

The assay is based on a bridging ELISA method. The bridging antibody ELISA method is widely used for anti-drug antibody screening and is well accepted as a standard for immunogenicity screening.

The microwell strips are pre-coated with ADL. Calibrator, positive control and samples are added to separate devices.
