CHORUS Promonitor ANTI-USTEKINUMAB is an immunoassay kit for automated semiquantitative detection of anti-Ustekinumab antibodies in human serum using a disposable device applied on the CHORUS/CHORUS TRIO/CHORUS EVO instrument.

The product, used in conjunction with other clinical and laboratory findings, is useful as an aid in the management of patients treated with Ustekinumab (UTK), like patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), psoriasis and rheumatic diseases.

It must be used by professional laboratory users only.

The assay is based on a bridging ELISA method. The bridging antibody ELISA method is widely used for anti-drug antibody screening and is well accepted as a standard for immunogenicity screening.

The microwell strips are pre-coated with Ustekinumab (UTK). Calibrator, positive control and samples are added to separate device.
