CHORUS Promonitor VEDOLIZUMAB is an immunoassay kit for automated quantitative detection of Vedolizumab (VDZ) in human serum using a disposable device applied on the CHORUS/CHORUS TRIO/CHORUS EVO instruments.

The product, used in conjunction with other clinical and laboratory findings, is useful as an aid in the management of patients treated with Vedolizumab (VDZ), like patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and rheumatic diseases.

It must be used by professional laboratory users only.

The assay is based on a sandwich ELISA method.

The microwell strips are pre-coated with an anti-VDZ monoclonal antibody. Calibrator, positive control and samples are added to separate device.
