CHORUS SPECIFIC IgE CAPTURE is an immunoassay kit for the quantitative automated determination of allergen-specific IgE class antibodies. The test is performed on human serum using a disposable device applied on instruments CHORUS TRIO/CHORUS EVO. The kit is intended to detect the presence of specific IgE antibodies as an aid in screening, confirmation/determination or monitoring of atopic allergic diseases. The specified target population to be tested with the CHORUS SPECIFIC IgE CAPTURE product is represented by patients with suspected presence of IgE class antibodies in serum. It is to be used only by professional laboratory personnel. The test is based on the ELISA principle (Enzyme Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay).
