Product Description

A reagent kit for the determination of Fibrinogen based on a modified Clauss method, where diluted citrated plasma is mixed with an excess of Thrombin (approx. 80 I.U./mL) and the coagulation time is determined.

There is a linear correlation between the logarithm of the coagulation time and the logarithm of the fibrinogen concentration.
