We are delighted to annouce our partnership with American Biochemical & Pharmaceuticals Ltd (ABP) to distribute their range of Platelet Function Kits and Reagents in the UK and Ireland.

ABP is known throughout the market as a provider of excellent Platelet Function reagents and their products perfectly compliment our existing range of Haemostasis reagents.

ABP started supplying Ristocetin Sulfate to the haemostasis laboratories throughout the world over 20 years ago when the original manufacturer decided to stop producing this unique product. ABP acquired the manufacturing rights and technology to ensure the continued supply of Ristocetin Sulfate, so today Ristocetin CoFactor Activity and RIPA still remain the gold standards test for von Willebrand’s Disease.

Today, ABP offers a wide variety of Platelet Functions Reagents in addition to Ristocetin, including Adrenaline, ADP, Collagen, Arachidonic Acid and TRAP 6, as well as vWF:RiCoF and Activity assay kits.
