DAPTTIN® TC is a double activated aPTT reagent combined with highly purified phospholipids for optimal performance
Standardised aPTT reagent with silica and sulphatide surface activators and a blend of phospholipids to give optimal sensitivity to factor deficiency, lupus anticoagulant and heparins
- High Sensitivity to Factors II, V, VIII, IX, X, XI and XII
- Suitable for detection of Lupus anticoagulant and monitoring heparin therapy
- Excellent recontituted stability on-board and at room temperature
- Low opacity and suitable for use on all automated coagulometers
- Excellent precision and agreement with other commercial aPTT reagents
- Heparin sensitive 1 IU/mL UFH and 3 IU/mL LMWH
Product Description
DAPTTIN® TC is a standardised double-activated aPTT reagent consisting of silica and sulphatide as surface activators and a blend of highly purified phospholipids.
The reagent is highly sensitive to deficiencies of Factors II, V, VIII, IX, X, XI, and XII. In addition, DAPTTIN® TC can be used to detect Lupus anticoagulant and monitor heparin therapy
