Product Description

TECHNOVIEW Rivaroxaban* Calibrator Set High is a set of 5 calibrator plasmas for assaying Rivaroxaban that are titrated and optimised using anti-Xa assays. Measuring Rivaroxaban concentration in patientâ€™s plasma allows the anticoagulant therapy to be monitored and the dosage adjusted.

TECHNOVIEW Rivaroxaban Calibration Set High is prepared from citrated plasmas containing with known concentrations of Rivaroxaban in the high range from 0 ng/ml to ~ 500 ng/ml. For concentrations of Rivaroxaban <150ng/ml the alternative TECHNOVIEW Rivaroxaban Calibrator Set (5090170) is also available.

TECHNOVIEW Rivaroxaban Calibrator and Control plasma are calibrated against according to the Rivaroxaban standard method (Reference available on request)

The plasma contains stabilizers, but no preservatives. The TECHNOVIEW Rivaroxaban Calibration Set is used in conjunction with anti-Xa assays, but please note that the two step anti-Xa assay with addition of antithrombin, is not suitable for measurement of Rivaroxaban.
