Product Description
TECHNOVIEW Rivaroxaban* Control Medium is a set of medium level control plasmas for assaying Rivaroxaban that are titrated and optimised using anti-Xa assays. Measuring Rivaroxaban concentration in patient’s plasma allows the anticoagulant therapy to be monitored and the dosage adjusted.
TECHNOVIEW Rivaroxaban Control Medium is prepared from citrated plasma containing a known concentration of Rivaroxaban in the high range ~ 110 ng/ml.
The plasma contains stabilizers, but no preservatives. The TECHNOVIEW Rivaroxaban Control Medium is used in conjunction with anti-Xa assays, but please note that the two step anti-Xa assay with addition of antithrombin, is not suitable for measurement of Rivaroxaban.
